§ 30-25. Walkways in streets.

(a)

When a sidewalk shed is required and when approved by the police department of the town, a walkway may be constructed in the street not less than 12 inches from the curb.

(b)

Such walkway shall be floored with a minimum space of four inches beneath flooring to permit adequate drainage at the curb.

(c)

The remainder of the walkway construction shall be as required for sidewalk sheds and as approved by the town manager.
