The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the
meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates
a different meaning:
Distributor-operator
means any person who distributes, rents, leases or otherwise provides for the use
of coin-operated skill machines, music machines and similar devices on the premises
of others.
Owner-operator
means any person who owns any coin-operated skill machines, music machines, or similar
devices and displays same on his own premises for the use of others. However, the
term "owner-operator" shall not be construed to apply to manufacturers, salesmen or
agents who display such machines for sales purposes.
