§ 6-4. Closing of premises during prohibited hours of sale.
The premises in which such alcoholic beverages are kept shall be and remain securely closed during such hours when the sale, gift or disposal of such beverages is prohibited by section 6-3, and no person shall be permitted therein for any purpose whatsoever except to clean up the premises; provided that any person engaged primarily in a business other than that of a vendor of alcoholic beverages on the same premises shall be allowed to keep open that portion of the premises not devoted to or used for the sale of alcoholic beverages upon securely screening all alcoholic beverages upon said premises from public view. Any portion of the premises used primarily for or devoted to the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall not be used for such purpose, but may be open and used by the general public for any lawful purpose other than the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
