§ 30-60. Applicant for permit to submit information relative to utilities.

Each applicant for a permit under section 30-59 shall present written evidence from all utility companies, including the department of public works, that the opening or excavation will not disturb their facilities or that provisions have been made to move or safeguard them as the owner or operator of the utility or facilities may direct.
