§ 3.30.00. Penalties.

(a)

Prosecution in county court. Violation of the provisions of this article or failure to comply with any of its requirements, including violations of conditions and safeguards established in connection with grants of variances, shall constitute an offense against the town, and in addition the offender shall pay all costs and expenses in the case. Each day such violation continues or recurs shall be considered a separate offense.

(b)

Other lawful action. Nothing contained in this section shall prevent the town from taking such other lawful action, including, but not limited to, resort to equitable action, as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation.
