§ 3.17.00. Clearing and grading of rights-of-way.

The developer shall be required to clear all rights-of-way and to make all grades, including grades for streets, alleys and drainage, consistent to grades of the approved construction plans. All debris shall be removed from rights-of-way. In the interest of the preservation of existing trees and other natural beauty, the town manager, with assistance from the county forester, may vary from the environmental quality board regulations where esthetics and environmental conditions will be enhanced.
