§ 10.06. Composition of council.

Latest version.

The election for council seats 1 and 2 shall be the election of November 1993. Thereafter, a transition to election for council seats in March instead of November shall occur as follows, the initial election for council seat 3 shall be the election of March 1994. The election for council seats 4 and 5 shall be the election of March 1995. The election for council seats 1 and 2 shall be the election of March, 1996. Each election thereafter shall be for the same numbered seats as previously designated for the transition period to March elections of March 1994, through March, 1996.
