§ 36-108. Limitation on use of water from wells.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to connect to, or use the water from, any well in the plumbing of any dwelling or building, except where town water connections are not available (as provided in section 36-20(b)), and except that said water may be used for air conditioning or cooling systems, or watering of lawns, where the same is not connected directly or indirectly in the pipes of the town public system and where method of discharge of water for cooling is done in a manner approved by the town.
