§ 34-4. Railroad vehicle obstruction of street or crossing.
Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight, no railroad locomotive, car, train or other such vehicle shall be operated so as to close or obstruct any street or crossing in the town for a longer time than five minutes in any period of 15 minutes, except in case of an emergency. The owner or person in charge of any railroad train or car who violates this section shall be subject to a fine of not more than $150.00, or 30 days' imprisonment, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
