§ 30-62. Notice of property restoration; inspection; restoration by town.

After the property is restored, the person issued the permit under this article shall notify the director of public works, who in turn shall inspect the property to determine if restoration has been completed in accordance with the mandate of this article. If the permit holder fails to perform the obligations hereunder, within the 30-day period and in accordance with the town requirements, the director of public works shall cause the properties to be restored to their pre-existing condition with the costs thereof to be charged against the applicant.
