§ 2-146. Social Security Act adopted.

The town does hereby adopt the terms, conditions, requirements, reservations, benefits, privileges and other conditions thereunto appertaining, of Title 11 of the Social Security Act, as amended, for and on behalf of all officers and employees of its departments and agencies to be covered under the agreement.
