§ 28-21. Mandatory solid waste collection.

(a)

The owner, tenant or occupant of every single-family dwelling, multi-family dwelling and commercial establishment within the boundaries of the town shall subscribe for solid waste collection service under the conditions and at the rates for solid waste collection set forth herein or authorized by this article.

(b)

During the construction, demolition or partial demolition, renovation, remodeling or maintenance of any structure, the property owner shall either contract with the town's franchisee or with a licensed construction cleanup contractor for on-site refuse collection.

(c)

Billing for solid waste service, except special pick-up service, shall be on a monthly basis and paid in full by the subscriber within the month for which the invoice is issued.
