§ 24-37. Activities prohibited.

(a)

No tobacco retailer subject to this article shall sell, permit to be sold, offer for sale, or display for sale any tobacco products by means of self-service merchandising.

(b)

No tobacco retailer shall place tobacco products in an open display unit unless such unit is located in an area where public access is restricted.

(c)

It is prohibited for any business, person or tobacco retailer to sell, or offer for sale, e-cigarettes or liquid nicotine within the town to a person under 18 years of age.

(d)

It is prohibited for any business, person or tobacco retailer to sell, permit to be sold, offer for sale, or display for sale e-cigarettes or liquid nicotine by means of self-service merchandising.

(e)

It is prohibited for any business, person or tobacco retailer to place e-cigarettes or liquid nicotine in an open display unit unless the same is located in an area that is inaccessible to customers.

(f)

The use of an e-cigarette is prohibited at all locations within the town at which smoking is prohibited under F.S. § 386.01 et seq., and any successor thereto.
