§ 20-29. Assessment and collection of town's costs.

Any and all costs incurred by the town in the abatement of a nuisance under the provisions of this chapter, along with a separate administrative charge in an amount equal to one hundred (100) percent of said costs incurred in the abatement of said nuisance, shall become payable immediately and constitute a lien against the property upon which such nuisance existed, and shall be recorded and enforceable in the manner proscribed by section 2-265 of the town Code.
