§ 18-56. Refusal to obey; disturbing proceedings.

  • If any person shall refuse to obey any lawful order of the authorized law enforcement officer, or by disorderly conduct in their presence or hearing shall interrupt or disturb their proceedings, such authorized law enforcement officer may take such disorderly person into custody and confine him during the election and canvass.
