§ 18-52. Oath.

The inspectors of election shall take and subscribe an oath or affirmation that they will well and truly perform the duties imposed upon them and will endeavor to prevent all fraud, deceit or abuse in conducting the election. Such oath may be taken before any officer authorized to administer an oath or before any member of the town council.
