Upon application properly made at the town office a permit shall be issued for a fee
of $100.00 for the moving of any house, building or structure on the following terms
and conditions: Houses, buildings or structures being moved into the town or from
one site to another site within the town must comply with building, plumbing and electrical
codes now in force within the town and further must comply with all terms and conditions
of the present zoning code.
