§ 12-113. Adoption of Florida Mechanical Code.

There is hereby adopted the most current version of the Florida Mechanical Code, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein. It is the intent of this section that, when the state legislature or the state building commission amends the Florida Mechanical Code, then those amendments shall automatically become effective within the town without further action by the town council.
